The DVD player in my Bose 3-2-1 is struggling to read DVD's so I need to change it.
Does anybody know how to open the Bose box so I can change the DVD? There does not appear to be any screws so the casing must clip together somehow but I've not managed to work it out and I don't want to force it.
Maybe you can try to call and contact the serviceman of Bose box DVD player, I believe it is not easy for you to open the shell to have the change by yourself. I had broken my PS3 some days before just meaned to clean it with my brush.
I have a BOSE 3-2-1 system. Recently purchased my first HD flat screen TV(a Samsung). When playing DVD's in the BOSE and listening through the BOSE speakers, the audio and video are not in sync. Is there a remedy for this issue?
