Bose Lifestyle V30 - No sound when changing Samsung TV input

Hi all,
I've had my Bose Lifestyle system for about a year now and I have still not managed to set it up properly. It does work very well with Cable TV, Blue-ray player and Nintendo Wii but not with my TV.

If I want to play from a different TV connected source such as USB, PC via wireless network etc, I get no sound at all. All it says on Bose display is either 'Choose TV input' or 'TV'. If I then manually choose TV Input I still get no sound. This is obviously annoying since the TV actually have a lot of features I'd like to use.

All connections are through HDMI except the Wii.
My TV is a Samsung Series 7 LED

I have tried to search all forums for an answer but still no luck. Anyone who have seen this before?
