Most movies only offer 5.1 surround, there are not a lot of 7.1 sound tracks. Star Wars Episode 1 "Phantom Menace" is the first movie to offer Dolby EX (7.1) but that's not available on Blu-ray. There are only a few more I know of Austin Powers the Spy Who Shagged Me and the Haunting. Most homes only have 5.1 set ups.
