It is worth purchasing this Home theatre system is the sound quaulity good and it worth purchasing a wireless Home theatre system ??

A model number would help. Most home theater in a box set ups are what they are,low price, simple hook up but not very good build quality or sound. The speakers are usually the weak link.

And the term "wireless" is very misleading in that there are indeed wires to deal with.

You could do a lot worse for sure! The next question is have you heard this system and most importantly do you REALLY like what you hear?

The link you provided did not show the unit so I will guess this is the one DAVHDX975WF. Yes it is wireless but that means all speakers will need to be pluged into a wall socket for power, so it is not really wireless. It also cost $800 you could do better quility wise. An Onkyo receiver or Pioneer receiver for $250-300, Paradigm Cinema series speakers, and a $80 DVD player would be a better choice.
