Difficult to believe. Look for YPbPr (red-green-blue) outputs. The only other way to get prog scan out of a player is HDMI. Do you have that? |

Gold Member Username: John_sColumbus, Ohio US Post Number: 2185 Registered: Feb-04 | Strange. I just read your owner's manual and nowhere is there a mention of progressive scan. Actually, that makes sense since there is no component or HDMI outputs. So the problem must lie elsewhere. So the next question is did you switch the video output in the set up menu to "S-VIDEO"? I suppose that's going to be a little difficult to check since you most likely can't see the menu now, correct? If so, hook up an RCA phono jack from the yellow video out on the amp to the composite in on the TV. The menu should show up then, and you can switch the video back to "SCART". Here's hoping this easy fix is your problem....  |
