I want to purchase anyone of the following combination:
a) Onkyo-605 a/v receiver with Tanoy Mercury F2 bookself & FC speakers
b) Onkyo-605 a/v receiver with B&W 600S3 bookself & matching centre
c) Yamaha RXV459 a/v receiver with Paradigm mini monitor bookself & CC190
d) Denon AVR1507 a/v receiver with Polcardio bookself and matching center
Latter i will upgrade to 5.1 system

Pl. suggest me which one will be the best combination. My priority is audio than Video.

Thanks & Regards

What about the Denon 1507 with the Paradigms and upgrade the center to the CC290

I would go for the Denon myself.

The question is...have you listened to any of these equipment at all?

What we like may not be what you prefer.

I have Denon AVR 1707. I want to procure KEFiQ5 speakers. Is it a good combination and whether Denon 1707 is sufficient for KEFiQ5 ??

Thanks & Regards

Greetings,

The usual recommendation is to listen to any combination you may want to put together because you are the only one to say whether it sounds good or not. Technically the Denon may be a bit underpowered for the KEF's but the specs say the 75 watts ought to work (power handling 15-130 watts). If you can't listen to them before buying them then you are taking a bit of a risk but I am sure you could do a LOT worse!
