Annoying buzz

Recently my home theater system has a slight buzz emitting from my front right and left speaker. This buzz has become quite annoying and is present regardless of what source I am using. I am using a Yamaha HTR-5460 5.1 receiver so its a bit old. I run my 360 directly into with an optical input, I run HDTV and PS3 over HDMI to my tv and the sound back into the recieve over optical(my reciever doesn't have HDMI inputs, waiting for good HDMI 1.3 reciever to come out). I also run my wii and my computer into the reciever by right and left analog inputs. Regardless of which source I am using, this buzz is present once the volumne is turned up to about 2/3s for the maximum volume. This is mainly the problem with HD movies, which require me to turn up the receiver that loud, but the louder I turn up the receiver volumne, the louder the buzz gets. The buzz doesn't come out the back speakers though. I switched my front right speaker and back right speakers and the buzz started coming out the back speaker instead of the front speaker. This leads me to believe something is wrong with my reciever. Any ideas if that would be the source of the problem, and does something like this usual warrant a new reciever?

Thanks!

Could be a ground loop problem. Do a bit of research on it (it'll be better than my poor explanations). Here's the wiki to get you started, their definition is a bit dry, but the links offered will probably help.
