right, iv bought a proline DVD250HT home cinema system hoping i could get a good surround sound through my TV, but when i connect it all up, and switch it all on no sound comes from the home cinemas speakers, Also iv got a xbox 360, so i went out and bought a optical cable so i plugged it in the back of the 360, then in the back of my home cinema then again, turn everything on and still no sound out from the H/C, please help if you can.
