Sub and Center Switched? Help!

Hi everyone -- I'm new here

I got a set of some relatively cheap Coby 5.1 speakers yesterday. I hooked them up to my computer fine, only to discover that the Subwoofer and the center speaker seem to be switched..

When I do the 3d audio test that came w/ my mobo, it seems like the front is kind of "dead". The audio that is supposed to come out of the center comes out of the sub.. only very deep and bass-ey. The bass that's supposed to come out of the sub comes out of the center speaker -- and sounds clear, not bass-ey.

Can anyone help me? Thanks a ton in advance.

does it come with a cable splicer for the Yellow jack in the back? if so, swap the cables, sometimes coby goofs the cables...

Haha, it's been awhile since I posted this! It ended up being that the sound card utility had a checkbox with "Switch Center and Subwoofer" checked. I didn't see it for a week or so later. It's strange that they would even have that feature..

Thanks though :-)
