Hi all, I curently have about 5 grand wrapped up in my home theater. Lately we have been getting alot of power outages, and surges for whatever reason. My LCD tv has a cool down process and I know that the manual says with much warning not to unplug the tv during the cool off process. And all my other equipment I just doubt its good for it being shut of and surged. I do have them plugge into some plain surge protectors but nothing fancy.
Would it be a good idea to invest in some sort of a battery backup/voltage reg, so I can properly shut it all of in the event we loose power. And if you could give me some suggestions on some good ones, or good surgers. Thanks
