whats the best way to get the best sound quality optical or hdmi I know that hdmi is the best for vidio but I heard that optical is better for audio also should I hook up my cable box to the tv with hdmi and optical from the cable box to the receiver for audio will that work or the hdmi will just cancell out the optical connection I'm confussed please help cable box has 1 hdmi out 1 optical out receiver has 2 hdmi in 1 outs and a lot of optical connections tv has 2 hdmi inputs
