Greetings Gang ~ I'm on the hunt for the best Receiver for a modest price. Not sure if JVC ranks amongst the names of quality Manufactors but the JVC RX-D702B 1050W 7.1-CH seems to have some nice features. One thing it has which I'm curious about, is an HDMI Conversion attachment (?) which other more expensive units only tote S-Vid & CoX connections. My TV is connected via HDMI and has a place for one other HDMI connection.

Would this be a serious choice ? It's pricing at around $799 or less.
