Hey all - hope you can provide assistance. 6 months-or-so ago I bought a Pioneer DVR something or other that's a pretty nice HDD & DVD recording system, and it does me pretty well. However, now I want to have a surround sound system, and there aren't the outputs on the back of my pioneer system to just plug in multiple speakers. So I'd like to get a good, very cheap setup that I can connect my sky box and my dvd player to, but all the systems that I look at have their own DVD player in them, and I don't want to have yet another dvd player under my tv. I'm presuming I've got to get a surround amp or some such, but am not totally sure, and if that is the way to go I've no idea which ones are good and how cheap they'll be.
