hey all, I was wondering if any of the folks out there have this set and/or know someone that had purchased it and if it was worth the money. (anyone who may own the 485DV can help too as it is only a DVD player which is the difference between the two packages)
I'm currently juggling between the Denon HDT-485XP and the Onkyo HTS-780, as it seems many on here have alot to say about the HTS-770/780.
I know that the Denon Speakers are wood cased, i was wondering if anyone knew if the Onkyo Speakers were Plastic cases like i heard they were, because my preference is to have wooden cased speakers.
I'm bascically looking for a Receiver package that utilizes DTS-ES decoding and i was assuming that these two systems were probably the cheapest for the lowest price of the DTS-ES receivers and by brand research. Any help would be appreciated.
