RCA vs binding posts vs bare wire

I'm in the process of installing an Onkyo 770 and my question is about a cleaner install vs connection quality. I'll will have a leviton connection plate behind my entertainment center. The largest plate is a 2 gang size with 12 quickport openings. I could run the speaker cable into quickport binding posts but the the rear speakers would take up 6 spots for L/R/center speaker since each half of the wire will require a binding post. If i were to solder the speaker cables onto an RCA plug and use a RCA plug passthrough I would only need 3 spots(one for each speaker since 2 wires ride on each RCA) would I lose connection quality or experience any type of interference since the cable are so close together when soldered to the RCA jack? I do know I'll need to solder RCA jacks to the cables coming off the receiver to plu into the wall as well but I think it'll be a cleaner install in the end. Any thoughts on the subject would be appreciated.
