I'm new to the list and haven't been able to locate any discussion of my situation. I've got an SACD player that I'd like to add to a setup that already includes a DVD-Audio player. My DVD-A is taking up the one set of analog surround sound inputs on the back of my Yamaha receiver. I'm assuming that the SACD player would prefer to use those analog inputs as well (for 5.1 playback). Any ideas on how to let both decks share those inputs? Thanks.
Either you can buy splitter cables for all 5.1 discrete inputs or purchase a combo dvd-audio/sacd player, ex:Pioneer 563 s dvd-a/sacd/dvd player. It's worth the money.
