My son just purchased a used surround system (Durabrand HT-3917) and II have no clue on how this works. I have ensured all the wires are connected correctly. chose SAP (anything else that might work) but I get no sound. I cannot even get a reading on my screen to set anything up. Please help
It's plug and play. Connect the cables to a dvd or vcr and you will get sound when you play a movie. I'm not sure if it will play through a tv and if it does, you will need another cable-out jack. Most tvs need to be hooked up through a tuner. If he wants to sell it, I will buy it. Can use a 2nd one. Hope this helps.
