Have been trying to get my new K-Box Prodigy working but no luck so far. My K-box came with black K-hub (ver. 2). I have Acanac DSL modem connected with TP-Link Wireless 841N Router (wired connected) and K-Hub. [DSL modem ->Router->K-Hub->K-box]. K-Hub is directly connected to K-Box and its powered via receiver. After all installation and setup, K-hub LED shows green light and Receiver shows its "Connection..OK). But I get no Video or Audio. My newtork setting set to "Network" mode and all au are OFF. Can someone help? Thanks.
Is not that I don't get audio video at all. I get audio video on unencrypted channel (i.e. advert). It means my audio video cables connection is fine. But I don't get any IKS channels..i.e. CNN 200.
