The both are same receiver, the viewsat pro is PVR, which you can record.

Plymouth,

VS 7000PVR should it take up to 5 seconds when scrolling the EPG Guide?

I get "Please Wait a minute" message. I do not have this problem on a VS Platinum.

Thanks in advance

Good morning Plymouth.

I have Loaded 090111.

I just bought this PVR7000 new 4 weeks ago. This is the first time that I have received DN guide so I am not sure if this is normal to have to wait up to 10 seconds when scrolling the guide.

I guess I can live with it until the next Bin is released. If it continues to be slow I will start a new post. Maybe the coders are unaware of this problem.

Thanks Brother

Good morning

It seems that the PVR7000 against the Ultra do that you have to wait until the EPG coming, on Ultra it give no information, maybe it is because it is a PVR.

You can set the good Tp in the EPG menu.
Go in Menu
User setting
0000 PIN Code
EPG Setting
On EPG TP E: put 12472
Now on top you can see Receiver Guide, Press OK and wait then exit.

That will be work now
