From the note of your post, I am presuming, that you are reasonably affluent and willing to take some risks of losing it all with Nagra 3.
You will get by nicely with a Nfusion for about $260. You will get many of the nagra 3 chanels of BEV and they will probably be the first to come out for nagra 3 soultion for Dish.
