Help! b-75 flushing across the box screen on Fortec Converted.
I tried to write the Clone safe b-75 289 and that's what I've got. What's to be done? I'm not so good at Jtaging. Is there any other way? Are there any other bins to flush the box? Please advise

Try this

Then use the kit from Nalin located here

You need to worry if the display is blank. Then you need to JTAG. If JTAGing is the only option try reading here.

Just check the pin out on the circuit board I believe it was off by one pin. I posted a thread about this but I am unsure how to find it. I was working with Nalin.

Tks PUFF Diver. Quick question:
http://www.al7bar*tk/Forums/showthread.php?t=220190&highlight=2700+flash is applicable to a converted Fortec as is mine? Mine is converted to the b-75 not PUFF, but if I can bring it back to live, I'll use Nalin's Puff convertion. Your feed back greatly appreciated.

I would just try and load the correct bin for your receiver.

Clone safe b-75 289 is not for converted receivers

If you dont have lights, just try Nalin's conversion kit. After that there is a tool you can use that will download the 2700 bin to any bootable format, I found useful. B75 or PUFF boot.

I have a PUFF boot and I can use the B75 files. I used to have B75 but heard Puff was more supported. With the tool below, it doesnt matter what file comes first anymore.

Tool Tronic Mod File loader

I had same issue b4, what you have to do is, get the clone safe bin using black list updater 1.4 try downloading the file. it may take few tries, be patient and you can do it.

There is light - so there i hope.
Save the channel list if you can using channel master.
1. Use Revert to 2500 using 2700 to 2500 convertor by Chancy, and install the b60 boot.
2. use BL updater 1.4 to install 294T.
3. Install puff boot as per instructions
4. Install the latest PUFF_289 bin as per instructions.
5. Reinstall the saved channel list or rescan the sats.
