Try turning off the unit and powering up from backswitch then press the ok and exit button hold it down till it tells you boot 27. Once that comes up using your null rs232 cable that came with the unit and the loader 3.36
Once you pull up your loader just select the bin that you want to flash and let it go you should see a progress bar let it finish and the unit should say prog succ on the unit itself. Let it shut down and reboot on its own and you should be good to go.
