you should be able to load the latest BL (X-87BL_080403_B75_261_api) bin at this time with the 27.02 loader.
if you have trouble try different methods , load bin with b-75 scrolling across if that doesn't work after several tries ,turn on 2700 from back and start download at the fist flash of light on receiver or start download then turn the 2700 on via tha backswitch
