Pansat 3500. You have capacitor problem. Need to replace two capacitors.lmao.wrong info nalin you only replace the capacitors if you are having signalproblems not if the bin isn't downloading completly.goes to show you are no real tester and only here to ruin people receivers.the correct answer would be as lk stated.also make sure you are unzipping the file as well.
Lucky has been a member since June 2006. By now he should and would know about zipped files and right cables. I think I would consider it an insult to Lucky to even suggest unzipping the file or questioning his ability to know which cable to use.
Thank you every one, now I downloaded the factory and right bin but the menu screen will not stop, it is changing by it self.When I try to to choose the echo 7 or 8
