Plugging latest "BL" Codes into 013 to FTA Mod?

OK, shouldn't there be some way to "plug-in" the BL code 253's into the code section of the 013 to 2700 FTA, replacing the X-85BL, to get something? I mean it does seem to make-up half of the code section, minus channels.
