I have a VS extreme with a super dish and a HD LNB. My settings are:
sat 119 = port 1
sat 110 = port 2
sat 129 = port 3
lnb freq is 11250
lnb type is ocs-dp
legacy SW is none

are these the correct settings for this setup? will this get me all DN channels?

thanks in advance

Yes they look ok but youll most likly have to hook a dn receiver to port one on the dp34 switch to power it because the viewsat power regulator does not do good at powering these switches

it is said the xtreme supposed to able to power up the dp34, but actually no, not even with 2 xtremes hook up to the dp34.

you will need a dp adapter or some sort to give more juice to the dp34.

connect the adapter alone as one of the receivers, if you connect the xtreme to the adapter like the instruction said, xtreme will not work right.

Without supplying adequate power you may actually damage your Viewsat. Best thing is to get an old DN receiver and connect it to port 1 output of DP34 as suggested by Grim above and keep it on

Yes, as long as the power supply is not solely form your Viewsat receiver.
