I do believe u r way off...Nagrastar with is join partnership with echo and -Nagravision -Kudelski Group is responsible to secrure the transmission and backup their encryption short commings... so it's of minimal expense if any at all to echo themselves you don't spend like 30 million dollars without some sort of guarantee...
