I just give my girl my vs plat lite and it seems to be working better than when I had it hooked up. It is in the same house but in a different room. She can get channels with little auto roll when mine took 5 minutes. I now have a vs ultra and still the same probs. I can't get animal planet but she can. I rescanned e7 at 12239 several times but it says no audio or video. Do you think that it could be in the cable wire ? I used old wire and she has new. Also, she is twice the distance from the satellite than me. Thanks
