I was just wondering if there are any remote codes for FTA receivers. I own a Pansat 250SM and I can of course program other devices to work through that remote, but can other remotes be programmed to work my Pansat? I've yet to find any codes anywhere for any type of fta receiver. Do they exist and where can they be found?
Yes they do exit. Of course some are more programmable than others but some do work well. My Philips Universal Learning remote works well with my Pansat 2500 clone and I only needed to teach it a few of the functions - most, it picked up by the entry of the manufactures code.
I was able to teach my universal remote 30 odd keys from my pansat remote, but that's not enough. Where can you find manufacturer's codes for fta receivers?
