DISEQc help plz.

i have this new DISEqC switch 900-2400Mhz.
which came with magnum xv3300 receiver.
i have had port one for 91-bev port2 for 82-bev
port-3 for 110-Dn and port-4 for 119Dn...it was working fine
all a sudden today my port 3 and 4 are not working at all port 1 and 2 working fine.
i try to do all kind of diffrent combination yet it's not working at all.
i have another brand new similar switch which also came with magnum receiver. so i tried that switch all the port setting etc. double checked YET both 3-4 port are not functioning . please help me out guys.

by the way my dn 110 119 dish are perfectly set with over 92% signal .

Did you power off the unit before you changed the switch? If you didn't you may have fried it. Also check the antena setup.

yes i did turned off . i am re-doing my factory default etc. and re-loaded my bin file .. let's see how it goes thanks .. will update you

i tried i got my 82-91 working ok. on port1 and 2 but port 3 & 4 are not working at all.
i have a feeling my switch is busted. i will buy a new one by saturday and see how it goes.
( i am using circular lnb's )
any good reliable switch i can buy ? i want to see if i can hook up more then 6 lnb's on one switch....
