Anytime U have "issues" of ANY kind, ALWAYS REBOOT the receiver by switch in back OFF/ON for about 3 minutes..or UNPLUG, if U have no rear switch..
if that doesn't fix it, then factory default in menu, recheck antenna settings and make corrections if necessary, scan again, upload bin again and let keys autoroll (if its working), and then REBOOT receiver again...thats about all anyone can basically do..U can also download the latest bin again and upload THAT one instead of your bin (could have slight corruption)....THIS APPIES TO ALL RECEIVERS!!!!

well as a shock to the entire DSS world..the Bev keys did NOT autoroll today...this was a first for them!...I'm sure this issue will be resolved ASAP, but more important that quickly is CORRECTLY!
