My buddy recently purchased 2 CW-600S Premium. Since then as I am sure you all know, its stopped working due to some massive scramble I guess Dish did. The guy he bought the system from wont come and look at the box so I have decided to try to learn about it and mess around with it some, I just have a few questions, and I am sorry if they are redundant ones.
1. Is there a fix for this box, and if so what do I need to do to get it and do it. 2. Is there a place I can go online or whatever to read up on what all I need to do as far as how to program the thing and how to hook it up and update it and all that. 3. Lastley what do I need at home to hook it up. Like what dish, the 500 Im assuming and what kind of L&B's and all that.
I got the premium, you can get now the Locals, and CW got autoroll for locals ( bin 120) so you dont have to change keys everyday, I love the premium, we are in better shape than Pansat.....we are waiting for the fix.. go to www#f2atv.com and get the files..and they have a lot of tutorials
Sorry Im not very intelligent when it comes to the terms yet. I am assuming autoroll means the box sorts through the keycodes to unlock locals on its own. I am not sure what bin120 is, thanks. How exactly do you get notified of a fix.
