New member Username: DouhagPost Number: 6 Registered: Jun-06 | I purchased a 3500sd from this MegasatUSA. It was Dead on Arrival, Looked liked it had been opened (USED). The remote had batteries installed. After about 4 days I finally got someone on the phone, I tried to explain the unit was DOA, the person cut me off and stated NO REFUNDS, and that I should not have installed 3rd party software and hung up before I could explain I never got the unit to turn on. Now they do not return phone calls. I have left several messages. Also do not answer E mails. I have contacted my Credit Card company, they advise its a 30 day process and I should see what MegasatUSA is going to do in the matter. Hard to do when they will not respond. I apologize to all for the many postings of the website , now you all know the reason. Douhag |
