TODAY ..I bought USB to serial converter ,, but does not work ,,i installed the driver which is coming with it .. i followed the instructions for installation but i did not found it in device manager in my computer ( laptop ) .. I am worry what i have to do.. i have not started yet for install bin file according to that problem .. IAM READY TO START as i feel Hmmmmmmmm BUT STILL NEED TO someone guide me ... I have 2 receivers... fortec start life time ultra and lava sat 3200... I am going to install bin file for lava sat 3200 ..and i do not have any idea about bin file and loader .. So please which is the fit bin file and loader for lavasat 3200.. I am so interest to watch dish network channels (Echo 1, 2 - 148 West).....
