Philips 50PFP5332D/37 problem

It was suggested that it needed to be updated with the latest firmware which I did but it did not help. I also was told it could be one of the logic buffer panels or the logic main panel but I'm not sure how to test/check these. Any suggestions or tips would help. Thank you, PL
