I'll offer up the low quality pics of my "red cloud" source on a Hitachi 50V500. Turns out my red light filter behind the red LCD was burnt even though all the LCDs are fine and the blue and green light filters are fine. Would sure like to get my hands on a replacement red light filter to see if I can refurb my optical block. Anyone got a really trashed light engine laying around that may have a good red filter?
