first of all this box was copycat of koolsat 6100. koolsat 6100 owners bought khub and change their box to kbox now a rumor today that hero support group for this box quits.. any one can shed somelight on this?
thanks tony for response so that means who will loose support? kbox koolsat? lets say if koolsat 6100 looses support there is way to change it to kbox? but what happens if its the other way around? what choice kbox customers have? under what circumstance a product can be return?
Kbox is the question, what will happen ? will there be continued support, how good will it be w/ Hero ?
Some dealers were aware of how Kbox came to be, How they treat their customers should determine to the buyer if they continue with that dealer in the future.
Buyer berware in the Free Sat industry at any time. When news comes forth of this nature everyone should check it out and determine the road they should take.
quite true. but the koolsatowners who already modified their box.. they already have kbox.. so this means kbox have to modify their box..? kbox was only chance for koolsat to survive.. i haven't seen a single worry about viewsat/sonicview? why koolsat was a target? lack of management or what? they have 100,000 + customers.. their boxes are superior than all other boxes.. easy to use ,best picture quality. but when it comes to support .then we have problems..
