Hey fast
Try this,

A) Plumb your Mast, It MUST be vertical in all directions.

Uploa

B) use a compass and clinometer to determine a clear line of sight to Echo 7
@ 119.o*W.

No need for compass
Yo can do both without moving dish at all
Yo need 2 LNBs
1- LNB for 110 and 1-LNB for 119

- Yo can strap a second LNB on same bracket mount
However facing the dish for east coast
119 has to be slightly higher than 110

ok..im on the west coast..so i have to raise LNB for 110W??

The actual problem is that im not getting 119W...if i look at my antenna settings when i put it on 119W it gives me a verry good signal for 110W.....its some how getting 110W instead of 119W....

but when i go to the antenna setting for 110W it works fine...it is getting the signal from 110W...

So i think i have to move the LNB that i use to get 119W ....so i can make it get 119W not 110W...

if you have anymore info that might help please tell me...and which way should i move the 119W LNB to get 119W???

From what I understand
Yo got one dish, one LNB for 110
110 working fine

Now
What I say don't move the dish
Yo need to add on 119
So yo need to add a second LNB on the right side of 110 facing the dish just like photo above

Next step
Yo need either to skew the dish or lower 119LNB since yor on the west coast
- skewing dish for west coast will be simple twisting dish plate from behind the dish few notches counter clockwise until yo get Q-signal

If like yo saying still getting 110 not 119
This tells me yo are combining 2 sats on faulty switch or not enabling correct DISEqC port in Antenna Setup

So insttead of me guessing yor hardware
List all hardware in full detail
When I say list hardware I mean don't give me stories just list all yo got
Dish, LNBs, Switches, Cables, Receiver name, current settings, etc.

I can get yo up and runing in few seconds
Good luck

He is green
It's hard to tell if he moved the dish or trying to get 2 birds with one LNB or faulty switch or even not enabling correct port
Based on what he provided can be anything
So if I tell him add an LNB and he already had one he would say I did

Relax Hawak

disecq settings on reciever (and disecq switch if using one)
119= disecq 1
110 disecq 2
u have these wrong.

Get 110 in as u have, then move the skew till u get 119. It may take some one to watch the signal strength. But u will get it with patience

ok..im going to skew the dish or something...i will watch the signal inside...
ok so i have 2 lnb for that dish 1 for w110 and the 2nd for w119

w119 is on port 3 and w110 is on port 2
i have intl channels on 97w with other dish on port 1

ok so the only one not work is the lnb for 119w...i think i need to move/adjust it or skew dish...i'll see what happens

Now that yo provided additional info
If I were yo I go 119 straight to receiver
Bypass switch using a couplar instead
As yo get good signal change back to DISEqC port

This eliminates possibility of wrong settings along with skew

counterclock wise is wheat yo need to skew

"what do i do?"

Yo can't do both 110 and 119 on one LNB without a motor
Or add a second LNB and skew it as I indicated above

Which twin LNB do you have?. A) has built in switches, so each port is capable of sending 110/119 down it. Since you have only 1 rec, just hook it directly to port 1, run check switch, activate rec and you're good to go. Assuming that you have the dish peaked.

If yo can't skew LNB yo skew dish plate
If yo can't skew dish plate yo skew LNB
If yo can't skew either then it's time to buy a new dish that can be easily skewed

If this is not a new installation and yo had them working before then it must be yor LNB port assignment in yor antenna settings somehow got changed

Zizo Zizo: For many persons from the East, your quest is the most legitimate quest.
The answer is " Yes, You can get 118.7,119, and 110W, all using one dish"
Your dish has to be 33"-36". You mus use one special LNB like a CB2008A for 118/119 and another standard LNB for 110W. The CB2008A has two outputs for two receivers, and EACH output will give you both 118 (Anik 3) and 119 (Echo 7). You will most likely need to modify a bracket to house it. The LNB for 110W (Echo 8,10) is a standard LNB with two outputs for two receivers. Add two 4 to 1 DisEqC, and you should be able to get two receivers attached to these. DO NOT go for DishPro LNBs, unless you want to go the Dishpro route and buy official kit for Dish for about $110 (This is OK, if you had a large dish for 121W and are now rethinking).
White Hawk has posted a good picture above, and, as I said, your only minor problem will be mounting the LNBs properly and securely.
Don't listen to anybody who suggests doing it with a dish under 30" in size. It might work for a while marginally and with the first electrical storm you will get a black out on 118. Make sure you get the proper LNB for 118/119 - this is a Universal or a circular LNB specialy designed to receive 118/119 combo on one LNB, and using one input port of a DisEqC switch.

110+119 works on same dish but you will loose quality on either one of them.

In order to get best quality signal from 110 and 119 I am using seperate dishes.

I had dish network people who installed dish everytime I moved and everytime either one of them had quality only 50%

Now I get 80-90% quality on both of them with seperate dishes.

PPV movies and 499 stuff works at almost DVD quality with seperate dishes.
