CW800 channel freeze every 3 minutes

I am using C800 PVR and I have this problem: The reception freezes every 3 or 4 minutes for about 30 seconds and i get the message of "channel scrambled" at the top of the screen. VERY irritating. Any ideas on how to solve this problem.
