I just got my new nfusion back today. So, what do I need to do first ? The last nfusion I had I installed the newest bin and my receiver died. I want to make sure that this doesn't happen again.
ok before downloading any thing.. first try to use internet cable and etc and check if there is internet option after u connect internet cable on ur remote... if u can not see this option after ist step.. go to nfusion forum online.com and download the loader and bin 1.42 .. then connect internet cable it should work...
The only thing that I can access is games/system settings/installation. Are you talking about loading the file using the serial cable that came with the nfusion and using the loader to install 1.42 bin ?
so scabz i think what u are saying is that you connect the internet cable to ur reciever before downloading anything and u cannot see internet option on ur reciver... (using ur remote menu ins internet option)... so this means u need to download the bin first mannullay with serieal cable to install bin 1.42... after downloading connect the internet cable and u should be good to go...
Do I need to unplug everything or just leave it all hooked up when installing new bin ? I usually disconnect everything on my vs platinum and bring it over to my pc.
diconnect everything except powerline ( the cable that go to wall outlet)... every thing else like input cable from dish antenna and rca cable connected to tv should be removed....
