I am just unable to upload my files to my viewsat extreme box,its been a week now i hav tried every option got new cable new adapter everythng nothng seems to work sometimes i am getting error tht file is sending thn again resending sometimes error is Frame type 00.00.00 Is my box dead or wht?how can i chk tht?i think somethng is wrong wit box port??
are you sure you have the right type of cable? if I am not mistaken, I had same problem... I was using rs232 straight cable instead of null modem cable... Also, try to load a factiory file from viewsatusa.com and use loader1 from there also.. I always had problem with loader2 good luck...
