There are SOOOO many variables....U must do some things yourself to eliminate possible causes...I highly recommend u do some FTA reading and ariza manuals before U post...
BTW...U should post MUCH more detailed info and TEST, if U expect detailed exact replies..

There are Many manuals, guide,videos, how to's for newbies at EVERY reputable DSS site....read the thread here "Reputable Recommended satellite sites"...1 -2 days of READING should give u a good grasp on this...and there is a Glossary of terminology at all sites too..
