Pansat 3500SD - Need help please.

My Pansat 3500 SD, (got it 2 days ago) with its AUTO Roll reflects NEW keys. Yet, I can not view any channels at all. Also, for Dish 105 which Echo (3, 7, or 8)do I use? Plese help. TIA.
