So you want to get another sat but your neighbors tree is in the way?No problem their are several ways to remedy this problem, but here is the simplest way.Just hammer or screw a large "copper"nail or screw into the base of the tree, the sap and copper will react killing the tree.the copper also disoves leaving no trace. If you do it now it will be dead and have to be removed for liability reasons by mid summer.

Had the same problem with the neighbor's tree LOL. It knocks the signal down significantly and is a real pain in trying to get a good signal during the summer months, so the winter time is a good time use a good copper nail, LOL

LOL, i did move my dish.....I just thought that the nail in the tree was so good and funny that i give a reply on it. A lot of testers have that problem all the time with trees and thier signal and in my back yard, there are 50 ft. trees around, but i got around them. LOL.

Speaking of trees, I placed my satelite on the side of the house but the neighbours put up a giant tent in their garden a month later right in front of it. Luckily the signal still picks up.

Sat My hats off to you ... You are one of few that try to make this place fun .. I like your sence of humor and Ryerson You are the King of visual Humor. BTW it takes more than one year to kill a tree with a copper nail(depends on the size of the tree)... theknnegrow I see you are back.... things were much better in your absents can you Please just go away again . You are NOT funny .. just a pain in the A@S... Can I use a copper nail on theknnegrow ? Maybe if we are lucky he will disove leaving no trace like the nail in the tree.
