Help! Factory Setting

I went to factory setting put in 4 0's and instead of exiting I hit "Ok" now everything is gone...yes, I am a very green FTA user. I cannot find 110 or 119 at all now they don't show up in the list. Can I get these sats back? Hope someone can help.
