Quote ... Banning FTA receivers? // 2006-03-03 I have been informed that Canadian legislator are trying to push a bill through asking to ban FTA (Free To Air) receivers in Canada. Apparently there are large shipments held at the custom waiting to see how this bill goes through so authorities can decide if FTAs will be allowed legally in Canada.
Intresting ..... Maybe this is bevs master plan to combat the FTA`s receiving their signal. Surley, with all the other uses a FTA receiver has ( mainly receiving non encripted signals ) this sounds like an attack on the Canadian charter.
