I am currently looking for obviously the best bang for the buck. I am currently looking in the $2000.00 dollar range give or take a few hundred dollars. Need ideas on a new dlp projector for home theatre. Currently in the process of moving. New house has perfect room for home theatre. All light levels can be controlled there may be times with some ambient light for example if i am watching a sporting event like football. I have about 25ft. from wall to wall. All help and opinions welcomed.

I would say the best bang for your buck would have to be either the Infocus Screenplay 4805 or the Optoma H31. Both have received much acclaim to there quality to costm (around $1000). You can check them out at www.digitalhsolutions.com. They have complete packages plus other models that you might want to look at.

for 2000 bucks you could go with a NEC HT1100. Or if you want to go LCD, there are a bunch of new ones out like the sanyo Z4 or the panasonic AE900
