Now that is interesting and not the first time it happens. I answered your post Chumley last night.
Rico did 5 or 6 insulting posts on various topics and I replied to him and after that I mentionned that I created a new satellite using channel master and I added the transponders in there.
This morning I notice all of Rico's posts and mine have disappeared.
Anyway, to no avail. I must be pointing at the wrong satellite since I am still not getting G25
Galaxy 25 at 93.1°W was known as Intelsat Americas 5.
Azteca 7 Azteca 13 America Esta All come in expect America Oest.
Do you have a clear view to this Bird?
Do only a TP Scan, ( 11984 Pol. V Sr 8681 FEC (auto)
I am in EIRP 46, it's little hard to make out but if you are in 42 you may be little out of range with your 39" Dish from Quebec. Here is the Footprint Map. check it out yourself
This satellite is very hard to get because you have much satellite in side of this one, the best way is with a motorized dish then you can see bad satellite info on upper right corner, few TP's give Galaxy 19 even you are on Galaxy 25.
I just gave up Plymouth. Indeed, very strong signals both side. Makes job impossible. Plus the fact that I have to climb on the roof all the time (6 times so far) and I am not that young...... I am retired after all.
I could find something at 95, very strong, contained a whole bunch of feeds for news. I had Baltimore Channel 8 identified on one of them. Could not find that on Lyngsat. Transponder 11800
Going a bit further brings something terribly strong as well.
It is a job for a Rohde & Schwarz ESH-2 portable spectrum analyzer. No access to that anymore since I am retired....
