i already installed the new bin for pansat 2007E in my computer. I tried to download to my reciever an nothing happen.I'm using 2 different cable rs232 and it doesn't work.Do I need to configurate the port com in my computer? my computer port setting is : bits per second 9600, data bit: 8 ,parity: none, stop bit:1 and flow control:none. It's this right. please help me.thanks
Also sometimes the COM port doesn't work properly because it isn't setup right. Go to device manager and uninstall your COM 1 port, after you did that, restart your computer and it will start working just fine as long as you use the right cable which came with your receiver.
Good advice there about uninstalling and reinstalling the comport..
