Zenith D52WLCD or Philips Cineos

I need any and all opinions on these 2 TVs. They both looked great in my local store. Zenith $2499 and Philips $3999. Any other suggestions. I am having Directv installed 1/17/04 and need a new HD set by then. Thanks
